Our Bordeaux blend is a combination of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merot and petit verdot. The fruit has been hand picked from some of the oldest vines on the Freycinet Coast of Tasmania. Open Fermented, hand plunged, then matured for 20 months in new and old french oak barreles. The wine is full bodied with great tannins and structure. Dark crimson in colour, it has ripe fruit flavours with hints of cherry and Blackberry. Sliver Medal Melboure Wine Awards 2018, Bronze Medal Royal Hobart Wine Show.
