Clemens Hill Sauvignon Blanc 

The current vintage is a worthy successor to previous outstanding wines like the gold medal winning 2012. The 2021 is equally full of flavour and set to define itself as a real crowd-pleaser.

The wine is very pale with a greenish hue, intoxicating aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, white flowers and gingery spice.  The palate is incredibly fresh and zesty, with flavours of orange blossom, apples and kaffir lime. Beautiful minerality and acid balance.  Although incredibly pretty and fruit driven, this wine is bone dry, classic to its origins.
